Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)

College Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) was established in 2004 and reformed on 11 July 2016. The Cell has been functioning actively of our Academic and Administrative activities. “Quality Policy” is the major objective of our IQAC through continuous monitoring and constant follow-up of undergoing activities. Dr. Ambedkar College of social work is a notable college in Wardha district for social work education in the field so that students can develop in all ways however, IQAC plays a vital role in planning different activities on behalf of the college.

Aims and Objectives

• To develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution.
• To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.
• To establish student Learning-centric environment, using ICT tools for teaching and learning process and to inculcate value–based education system
• To encourage Departments to organize seminars, workshops, orientation and faculty development program
• To promote research culture among staff and students
• To assess the annual progress of departments and the Institution through timely reporting
• To build association with stakeholders and to stir social responsibility
• To develop a conscious, consistent and catalytic quality improvement system that encourages the pursuits of the staff and students of the college.
• To promote innovative practices to continually improve the effectiveness of the teaching-learning experiences of the staff and students.
• Creating a student-centric atmosphere for holistic learning
• To enhance the quality of staff by promoting and encouraging overall faculty development
• To enhance Infrastructure for Teaching-Learning and Administration
